Beetlejuice was born as Lester Green on June 2, 1968 in New Jersey in the USA.
He is the second youngest child in his family and he has five siblings. They were raised by his mother Lille in Jersey City.
He was born with dwarfism and microcephaly, which is where the baby’s head is smaller than expected when they are born.
He got his nickname Beetlejuice while working with Sean Rooney as he looked like a character from the famous movie.

Beetlejuice was first discovered in July 1999 when a man named Sean went to the Howard Stern Studios to promote his business.
