Denée Pearson has been promoted to brand president of Nyx Professional Makeup. Previously, Pearson served as senior vice president, global marketing, product development, social and partnerships. She succeeds Yann Joffredo in her new position.

Former Charlotte Tilbury chief marketing officer Sarah Watt is now chief executive officer at Gisou. Watt has served as chair of Gisou’s board for the past year and in her new role aims to supercharge growth at the hair care brand, which is said to be closing in on 100 million euros in global retail sales.

Quentin Roach has joined The Estée Lauder Cos. as senior vice president and chief procurement officer. He hails from food manufacturing company Mondelēz International and has held senior supply chain roles at Merck & Co., Bristol Myers Squibb and General Motors. 

Social wellness club Remedy Place has tapped Stephen Wright as its first vice president of marketing. Wright was formerly managing directer at Azione PR for eight years and before that was vice president of public relations firm DKC.

Medical aesthetics provider Ideal Image has appointed cosmetic surgeon Dr. Tara Margarella as chief medical officer. Margarella will lead the company’s medical board and assess new treatments and products to be added to the brand’s service portfolio.

Dollar Beard Club cofounder Chris Stoikos has joined men’s grooming brand Hardworking Gentleman as partner and chief creative officer. Founded in 2017, Hardworking Gentleman offers bath, body and hair products and reports sales grew 649 percent in 2022.
