TAYLOR Swift’s ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn is ‘devastated and feels slighted’.

The American Megastar called it quits with the actor earlier in April 2023, after six years together.

Taylor, 33, has since started a relationship and has found love with singer Matt Healy since The 1975.

Although sources claim there was absolutely no overlap, an insider with knowledge of the situation said Joe, 32, was not happy.

A source said The Daily Mail: “Joe feels slighted and distracted after witnessing her budding relationship with Matt, but does his best to stay busy and focus on himself.

“Joe was aware that Taylor and Matt were making music together and working together.

She told him they became friends and he trusted her.”

Although, like other reports, the source denied that there was any ‘overlap’ between the two relationships.

It comes after The Sun first revealed the details behind their relationship earlier in May 2023.

A source close to Taylor said: “She and Matty are madly in love. It’s super-early days, but it feels right. They first dated, very briefly, almost ten years ago, but timings just didn’t work out.

“Taylor and Joe actually broke up in February, so there was absolutely no crossover.

“Both Matty and Taylor have been touring for the past few weeks so it’s been a lot of Face-Timing and texting, but she can’t wait to see him again.

“But as two international megastars, they understand the pressures of each other’s jobs better than anyone, and are incredibly supportive of their respective careers.

“They are both extremely proud and excited about this relationship and, unlike Taylor’s last one – which was very deliberately kept out of the limelight – she wants to ‘own’ this romance and not hide it.

“Taylor just wants to live her life and be happy. She told her pals that Matty is flying to Nashville this weekend to support her on the next leg of her tour.”
