KARDASHIAN fans got a glimpse of Kim’s $70 million Malibu mansion.

New images show Kim’s stunning property from a bird’s eye view as workers prepare to begin major renovations on the California cliffside home.

Mother-of-four Kim bought the mansion in September 2022 and is eager to make it her own.

The oceanfront estate, located in one of Malibu’s most prestigious neighborhoods, was once owned by supermodel Cindy Crawford.

The 7,400-square-foot home has four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, plus several spacious living areas with views of the surrounding beaches and mountains.

In the new photos, various workers could be seen working around the property with ladders and other equipment scattered around.

The side of the house facing the sea looks like windows have been removed, with plastic sheeting in place.

And on the first level of the property there is yellow tape strewn across the outside where a balcony would normally be.

On the other side of the mansion, there appeared to be furniture on the terrace, which means that renovations may also be taking place inside the property.

There are more unfinished doors and windows on the opposite side of the building, but one part of the property that does look pristine is the manicured lawn.

Kim’s new home has a sprawling backyard surrounded by lots of trees as well as a separate, smaller property.

Kim and her four children will have exclusive access to a private beach in Malibu, and they will no doubt be able to watch beautiful sunsets.

Kim reportedly bought the mansion because she was looking for a fresh start away from her ex-husband Kanye West after their divorce.

A source told the US Sun last year: “Kaia Gerber, Cindy’s daughter, is good friends with Kendall Jenner and tipped her off for the sale.

“This is the first place she’s bought without Kanye’s input,” the source continued.

“And although she’s not going to live there full-time, she wants somewhere where she can holiday with the children.”

Last year, Kardashian fans claimed that Kim had spent too much on the property and would ruin its charm with her “boring” aesthetic.

“70 million for this? It’s nice, but not that nice,” one person wrote on Reddit in September 2022.

“Malibu is so expensive for no reason,” added another. “Like, it doesn’t look like a $70 million mansion to be honest.”

A third asked: “70 million only gets you four bedrooms?”

Others worried that Kim would take the sparkling new home and dull it with her apparent love of all things neutral and white.
