Despite her health problems, Samantha Ruth Prabhu, as we all know, remains committed to her work and upcoming projects and takes all her assignments forward. While on a recovery path, Sam is also completing sessions of her upcoming projects – Citadel India and Kushi. After wrapping up an important schedule of Citadel in Mumbai with co-star Varun Dhawan and producers Raj & DK, Sam is back home in Hyderabad.

Taking a break from shooting to spend time with her family, Sam stepped out with her mother for a dinner date yesterday. Sam shared a photo of her enjoying a tempting dessert while her mum can be seen posing for a photo behind. The Yashoda actress looks cute in a casual black dress, and basic makeup and completed her look with specs.

Last year, when Samantha was dealing with a lot in her personal life, she shared a quote sent to her by her mother, Ninette Prabhu. “You don’t know this new me; I’m putting my pieces back together differently,” Samantha shared, while Ninette also attached a personal note, writing, “God bless you abundantly my baby.”

Well, talking about her upcoming projects, Samantha Ruth Prabhu was a thorough professional and still is, putting up a brave front every day. Samantha has almost completed shooting for her upcoming film Citadel India. The film is directed by The Family Man makers Raj and DK.

Additionally, she has Kushi, along with Vijay Deverakonda. Written and directed by Shiva Nirvana, Kushi is scheduled to release on September 1, 2023. It is said to be an intense love story that will be released in Telugu along with dubbed versions in Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam and Hindi languages.
