Priscilla Presley attended the premiere of the film “Priscilla” during the 2023 Venice Film Festival in Venice on Monday, taking a minimalist approach to red carpet style. The businesswoman wore a black satin top with a ruffle neckline and sheer sleeves coordinating it with black trousers. She completed the look with classic black Chanel pumps and carried a Chanel crossbody bag.

“Priscilla” chronicles Priscilla Presley’s life from when she met Elvis Presley as a teenager and portrays the more intimate parts of their relationship that were out of the public eye. The film stars Cailee Spaeny in the title role, Jacob Elordi as Elvis, Dagmara Dominczyk as Ann Beaulieu and Tim Post as Vernon Presley. Sofia Coppola directed the film.

In June, A24 released the first trailer for the movie, showing a young Priscilla preparing for her wedding day. Elvis and Priscilla’s wedding, although small and intimate, made headlines. The couple’s ceremony took place in Las Vegas and was only eight minutes long and included only 14 guests.
The wedding was also portrayed in Baz Luhrmann’s 2022 musical drama film “Elvis,” which was centered around Elvis played by Austin Butler. The actor received an Oscar nomination for his performance as the legendary musician.
The 80th annual Venice International Film Festival will be held through Saturday in Lido, a barrier island situated in the Venetian Lagoon. Organized by La Biennale di Venezia and directed by Alberto Barbera, the festival is officially recognized by the International Federation of Film Producers Association.
