Heidi, 49, wore a green tassel dress with a pair of glittering silver heels.
Elsa (34) was in a large number that left little to the imagination.
The Swedish model showed off her incredible figure in the outfit, which featured a low neckline and a cut-out detail along the midriff.
Other celebrities at the American Foundation for AIDS Research event included actresses Kate Beckinsale and Eva Longoria, plus model Helena Christensen.
The bash was hosted by rapper-actress Queen Latifah (53).
As of last year, the annual gala has raised £220 million for amfAR’s life-saving research projects.
Guests enjoyed performances from music superstars including Adam Lambert and Gladys Knight at the glitzy party sponsored by Aston Martin.
