ROCKER Sir Mick Jagger’s daughter Jade and her toyboy boyfriend were arrested in a drunken row with the police after they were “kicked” out of a restaurant.

The 51-year-old ex-model is said to have “scratched a female officer” – and was still in a cell last night.

She and Anthony Hinkson (31) were allegedly kicked out of the La Oliva restaurant on Wednesday night “for causing trouble” after he insulted staff because they refused to serve him more drinks.

Video later emerged of a topless Mr Hinkson being tackled to the ground by seven officers in the capital’s old town on the Spanish party island of Ibiza.

The police were called to the bust around 9:00 p.m.

Cops then became the target when Anthony and Jade, who became a grandmother in 2014, allegedly abused them.

Mr Hinkson allegedly pushed and shoved the police while Jade allegedly shouted “stupid police” and waited.

Sources claim she “threw herself at a police officer, pushed and insulted him” before turning to other police officers and allegedly scratching one.

Another witness said: “I recognized Jade and she looked very upset.

“She asked for police officers to identify themselves and said: ‘I don’t want to mess with anyone. Give me your names’.

“The cops kept telling her to stay out of it, but she said, ‘You’re only arresting him because he’s black.’

“The police told her to stay at home, but she said: ‘No, I’m going with you.’

An officer told her: ‘If you keep going, I’ll arrest you.’ Then she was also arrested.”

Before his arrest, Mr. Hinkson was acting “erratic” and berated a passer-by, before apparently buying a €2,100 (£1,800) designer dress as a present for a waitress.

A witness claimed he was “behaving very strangely” when he bought the gold sleeveless outfit.

They added: “He disturbed girls who were in the shop and made comments to a girl who worked there.

“He didn’t really make much sense. He said, ‘Give me the f***** g dress.’ He was really rude.

“Then he took it back to the restaurant and tried to give it to the waitress. His behavior was so erratic that the restaurant manager decided to call the police.”

Jade and Mr Hinkson were arrested and held in a cell overnight on suspicion of assaulting officers and resisting arrest, according to reports.

A court hearing is expected to take place in the morning behind closed doors – as is normal in Spain – unless a judge decides to hold a speedy trial.

Jade shared a post on social media last week of her posing on a sun lounger at the island’s posh Nobu Hotel.

She wrote: “Bringing back to Ibiza with some glamour.”

The mother-of-three, whose mother is Sir Mick’s ex-wife Bianca Jagger, split from her husband of nine years, DJ Adrian Fillary, in 2021.
