Liam Gallagher blasts brother Noel after coward jibe & slams his decision to not play at Manchester bombing charity gig
HE’S never been one to hold back, but Liam Gallagher has taken his rowing to new depths with his brother Noel.
The rocker launched a blistering attack on his sibling yesterday after Noel called him a coward for not picking up the phone to talk about a possible Oasis reunion.
In a fresh Twitter outburst, Liam referred to a 1995 interview by his brother in which he called their Britpop rival, fade awaysaid Damon Albarn, would “catch AIDS and die”.
He also accused Noel of botching Ariana Grande’s charity concert following the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing.
Liam tweeted: “I don’t wish AIDS on people.
“I turn up and play the music for the people of Manchester who just had a terrorist attack while you’re sipping your filthy champagne and you’ve got the audacity to call me a coward.

“Sit down boy.
“He is the coward who after a tragedy does not show up to play music for his hometown.”
Liam added about a possible meeting: “I don’t keep saying it’s happening, I said it once.
“I am asked and I say I am ready, born ready.
“We should never have broken up. He is full of s**t.
“I hate Oasis fans.
“Don’t mind them buying his records.”
After fans accused Liam of hitting below the belt, he fumed: “Listen, I woke up to find him putting me in the press.
“He did it in Oasis, so that’s why I remind people what a nasty little man he is.”
Right now there’s more chance of me becoming the new Oasis frontman than these two reuniting.
KYLIE KEEP IT GLOSSY
KYLIE MINOGUE has good reason to raise a glass – she’s on track to have her biggest hit single for almost a decade tomorrow.
The Aussie singer was in LA to celebrate the third anniversary of her wine brand – which has moved nine million bottles – following the release of her comeback single Padam Padam.
It was at No27 last night, ahead of new releases from Beyonce and Zara Larsson.
Her 2018 track Dancing was her last tune to make the Top 40, peaking at number 38, while Into The Blue hit number 12 in 2014.
Kylie said: “I have more songs than I can fit into a show these days, but I still ask myself, ‘What’s the song we haven’t done?’
“So I always think there is more.”
BRAZILIAN pop superstar Anitta will headline the Champions League Final Kick Off Show by Pepsi on June 10 in Istanbul with Burna Boy.
The event, which aims to rival the Super Bowl halftime show, is now in its seventh year.
Anitta, who has 64 million Instagram followers, said: “We are going to bring an unmissable show to fans in the stadium and around the world, you won’t want to miss it.”
WIND IN THE BURKE
HEIDI KLUM topped the movies at the Cannes Film Festival last night.
The German model wore this striking yellow dress with a train blowing in the wind as she walked the red carpet ahead of a screening of French film La Passion De Dodin Bouffant.
Heidi, married to Tokio Hotel guitarist Tom Kaulitz, is 50 a week today and said: “It’s just a number to me because I don’t feel 50 internally.
“I am full of energy.
“My husband is 33 and I know I have more energy than him!”
Elsewhere at the bash in the south of France, model Elsa Hosk wore a frankly confusing double-corset dress and Kate Beckinsale, usually a rather snazzy dresser, opted for a fussy mint dress.
If you ask me, I’ll fire the stylist.
And maybe Robbie Williams should have a word with his too, as he turned up in silk pajamas which he wore with a pair of green sliders.
The world of celebrity is going crazy.
HEIDI Eyes BACK
FORMER Sugababes singer Heidi Range is set for a music comeback after being inspired by Little Mix.
She was in her girl group from 2001 to 2011, but now has two daughters and had an urge to get back into pop after taking her eldest to see the Sweet Melody singers on tour last year.
Heidi said: “I feel like I’m just coming to a new stage where I’m ready to remember who I was.
“When I go to shows, you kind of want to grab the mic and try.
“There’s a part of me that wants to show her what mommy can do.
“I would like to do things where they can see me doing things now that will inspire and make them proud as they get older.”
Her bandmates Mutya Buena and Keisha Buchanan have now reunited with Siobhan Donaghy, who she originally replaced, but there are no hard feelings.
On Sophie Ellis-Bextor’s Spinning Plates podcast, she said: “I’m happy for them.
“It’s nice that the songs are still there.
“I am proud that I was part of the success of the songs.
“I wish them luck.”
RISING star Charlotte Kirk has landed a massive new film role alongside John Hannah.
She is set to play John’s character’s wife in the gangster film Bermondsey Tales: Fall Of The Roman Empire, which starts filming this week.
Last month I revealed how ex-EastEnder Maisie Smith had also signed up to star in the film, which follows the story of a London crime family.
Alan Ford and Adam Deacon will also perform.
Crutch is life, Will
As genetically engineered hero Adam Warlock in The Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 3, he was virtually unstoppable.
But Will Poulter is far from indestructible in real life, as he proved after turning up to a party on these crutches.
The actor didn’t reveal what caused his injury, but he used walking aids as he entered the bash in London and also wore a large boot to protect his right foot.
He still managed to look suave in his brown suit and matching T-shirt, so there’s not much that can stop him.
Hooky’s free time for Andy
ROCK supergroup Freebass are set to return despite the death of band member Andy Rourke last week.
The late Smiths bassist was part of the band with Joy Division and New Order’s Peter Hook, The Stone Roses’ Gary “Mani” Mountfield and Haven’s Gary Briggs from 2005 to 2010 and now unheard songs are being released.
Speaking exclusively, Peter said: “There are a lot of Freebass recordings that people have never heard.
“I think it would be a great tribute to Andy to let people hear them.”
Peter, who formed a DJ duo with Andy, said he hoped the tragedy could help heal the rift between Smiths singer Morrissey and guitarist Johnny Marr.
He added: “Andy’s death was a sad day for Manchester.

“People asked how Freebass could work with three bass players, but we managed to find a way for our instruments to weave around and complement each other.
“Andy was in a completely different league.”
