KOURTNEY Kardashian has called out her sister Kim for not helping out while she was in the middle of an intense workout amid their bitter feud.

The Poosh founder posted a video of her doing Pilates upside down and crying for Kim, 42, as she tried to turn over.

Kourtney, 44, took to Instagram to post the vulnerable clip.

She put one leg in a band from a Pilates reformer and assisted her own body weight as she flipped upside down.

At the height of the twist, Kourtney called out some profanity and screamed her sister Kim’s name.

The video was back from the winter of 2021 and Kourtney captioned the throwback clip: “Found it in my ‘better’ Pilates days when I was always trying something new…but we did start four days a week .”

She added: “Why am I screaming for Kim to save me.”

Kourtney then took a dig: “And she didn’t say a word!”

Ah!

Back in April, Kim posted a cryptic message on her Instagram, which fans thought was her throwing more shade at Kourtney.

She reposted to video appeared on a fan-run account that showed her and her younger sister Khloe, 38, dancing and singing during an Usher concert in Las Vegas.

In the clip, the Skims mogul was seen wearing a tiny crop top and a body-hugging skirt, while her sibling wore a bodycon dress with shiny details and multiple cut-outs.

Both women wore their long hair loose around their shoulders and smiled as they sang and showed off their moves.

The siblings flew together from California to Las Vegas on Kim’s $150 million private jet for the concert, documenting the flight in photos and videos on Kim’s Instagram Story.

Kim shared the video of them dancing on her Instagram Story and added the caption: “Nothing like having a sister.”

The caption appeared to be a possible dig at Kourtney.

Tension between them was revealed in the latest trailer for Season 3 of The Kardashians.

In the preview, Kourtney revealed that she was upset with Kim for using her wedding in Italy as a “business event.”

The video showed sister Kendall Jenner asking Kim if she had spoken to Kourtney about what happened in Milan.

The mother-of-four inquired: “She’s mad at me?”

In a confessional interview, Khloe said Kourtney was not only angry, but “furious.”

“She felt like her wedding vibes were, like, stripped from her,” Kendall said during a conversation between her and sister Kylie.

“I’m really confused how this narrative got into her head,” Kim explained.

“I couldn’t have been more thoughtful,” Kim admitted to Khloé in another clip.

“I said, ‘Don’t do something that Kourtney wore to her wedding,'” Kim explained.

“I see both sides,” Kendall said, and Kylie agreed.

“People think it’s a misunderstanding. It’s not,” Kourtney said.

“This is who she is to her core,” Kourtney said in a clip.

The new season of The Kardashians will begin on May 25.
