But Kim, 42, gave an honest look at her natural skin and body in a new post shared about her Instagram feed.
The reality star took to her profile on Wednesday to shower her “for life” friends with a mix of recent and throwback images.
In one photo of the compilation, the TV personality enjoyed dinner with a group of her pals.
Kim sat on the far left of a dinner table while her group of girls gathered on the right.
At the moment, the mother of four looked uncharacteristically natural without much makeup or any photo filters.
The SKIMS founder wore a black turtleneck shirt and wore her then platinum blonde hair long and straight.
In another photo, Kim posed with another group of ladies in the backyard.
She was positioned in the middle wearing a black puffer jacket, black leggings and sneakers.
The social media star wore her dark hair in a slick bun and smiled almost makeup-free for the camera.
Kim looked beautiful without filters in the natural image.
She captioned her post: “Lifers Appreciation Post

Fans flooded the comments section with their compliments as many applauded the billionaire for embracing her natural glow.

But Kim has recently been at the center of controversy over some of her social media posts.
Earlier this month, the TV star’s real skin and body were revealed after a hairstylist’s wedding guest leaked a photo online.
Recently, Kim’s hairstylist, Chris Appleton (39), married his husband, Lukas Gage (27), in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Hulu star officiated the special day and wrote a heartfelt post Postal dedicated to the happy couple on Instagram.
“I was so honored to officiate a wedding in Vegas,” Kim wrote, adding, “I couldn’t be happier for you both.”
The mother of four shared several photos from the wedding ceremony, including one of her outside the wedding chapel and with the groom.
As a special surprise, singer Shania Twain appeared at their wedding and her husband has a presumably unedited picture of Kim – which caught the attention of fans.
“She looks amazing,” one Reddit fan wrote.
“She looks really beautiful here. There is absolutely no need for the intense editing in her photos???? I will never understand,” admitted a second.
“She looks really good here and her outfit is actually a look,” exclaimed another.
