Katie, 45, opted for a low-cut T-shirt with ruffled sleeves and matching shorts.
She opted for a face of glossy make-up and posed up a storm with her dog Sid in her arms.
While many rushed to the comments section to praise the photos, others were confused with the placement of her leg.
One asked on Instagram: “Why is there an extra leg or knee there.”
“My brain can’t work out what’s between the bones,” said another.
Meanwhile, a select few pointed out what was happening.
One said: “Think she has her leg bent and foot against the wall so it’s her calf you can see.”
“Her leg is bent against the wall she looks beautiful,” wrote another.
It comes shortly after Katie was hacked after making a huge blunder on the first day of her new job.
One criticized the mother of five for having “no passion” during the launch of her first podcast.
Katie took to the stage at The Podcast Show in London with sister Sophie, 33.
She admitted that she had never listened to a podcast in her life.
One fan was quick to write on Twitter: “Gotta admire the honesty.”
Still others were harsher in their criticism.

She showed off her famous curves in a tight top on Instagram while pouting on a kitchen counter.
The star revealed she is planning more lipo and a new face in a bid to ‘look 25 again’.
