KATIE Price has put her huge tattoo collection on display in a splash after revealing she wants another operation.

The former glamor model, who recently celebrated her 45th birthday in Brighton with fiance Carl Woods, revealed she is planning more lipo and a new face in a bid to look ’25 again’.

The mother-of-five showed off her figure in her Ivy London line of trousers in black and bright green.

The new pictures of Katie come after it was revealed she is planning more lipo and a new face in a bid to ‘look 25 again’.

She only went under the knife late last year for her 16th breast surgery, which took her breasts to a 2120 CC implant size.

But last week, a source close to the star said she is definitely not done with plastic surgery.

The source said: “Katie will go back to Brussels and Turkey in the coming weeks.

“She calls it her ‘birthday MOT’ and sees it as a gift to herself.

“She wants to have the ‘perfect’ body and look 25 again – even though she already looks great.”

The insider continued: “She keeps saying she’s got a stone, even though she looks amazing, and she’s also booked work on her upper eyelids, neck, chin and even her knees.

“She wants filler called Profilo in her knees because she wants them to look firmer. Since she plans to do so much, she’s hoping the clinic will give her a ‘buy one, get one free’ style discount.”

Katie’s worried family and friends have already warned her against having another operation, insisting she doesn’t need it.

However, she insisted she is not addicted to cosmetic procedures, and says she just wants to look her best.
