“The reactions I’ve gotten since I started sharing my journey online are 50/50 love and hate, but I just don’t let it get to me,” Milligan said, adding that fans of her unblemished panache often stop her for a picture.

However, when it comes to judgmental haters who will occasionally try to shame her with an “ugly look,” the ink diva says she happily ignores the shade.

“People think … that I have no family or money,” Milligan said. “They put all these stereotypes on me, and I shut them all down.”

And despite already drastic revisions to her mien, Milligan says her physical reconstruction is far from over — regardless of the pains of change.

“The most painful change was my tongue being split – it makes tattoos look like a piece of cake,” she said.

“I plan to tattoo more of my body and possibly get more surgeries.”
