High heels pain remedy stuns stiletto lovers: ‘Omgggg gotta try’
Duct tape is all your little pigs need to make it to market.
UK-based shoe company EGO Official has revealed that clear tape is the solution to walking in heels without pain.
In a 10-second TikTok clip with more than 10 million viewsa model shares a technique that won’t have you staggering home after a long night in heels.
The model suggests taping the third and fourth toes together to help release pressure and improve comfort.
The video’s caption states that the glue “helps you last longer in your heels, girls [so] you can stay groove.”
After securing her piggies with duct tape, the model laces up her 5-inch “Superlit lace up square toe sculptured” stilettos.
“Omgggg gotta try because my toes look like this,” gushed one heel fanatic.

One viewer agreed with the strategy, saying, “The nerves that control the most pain come from the nerves between the 3rd and 4th toes – … by bringing the 2 together, you relieve the pressure.”
“The things a girl’s got to do,” added another.
While some heel lovers can’t wait to try the new hack, others believe it’s complete bullshit.
“It’s uncomfortable to even look at this. I know how tired your feet were after five minutes of wearing those shoes,” said an anti-heel watcher.
“This shoe is so cute but I can tell it hurts lol,” chimed in another.
“Clear patch would be better because it has cushioning,” suggested one viewer.
“All fun and games until their toes start sweating,” one person quipped. “Just put on your slippers.”
Although some people do not intend to suffer in heels, those who do have a better chance of being perceived as attractive by their male counterparts.
A study published in personality and individual differences found that women were perceived as more attractive on several levels when wearing high heels.
Researchers surveyed 448 participants, who were shown two silhouettes of women with or without high heels.

The woman in high heels was perceived by most of those surveyed as more sexually and physically attractive, feminine and of higher status.
“While women’s Fashion is constantly evolving, this research aligns well with previous research that men perceive women in high heels as more attractive than those in flats,” the report said.
