Gisele Bundchen’s heart is breaking after she received a heartwarming letter from her daughter Vivian on Mother’s Day.

In a beautiful note penned by the 10-year-old, the youngster calls her famous mother her ‘star’ and ‘inspiration’ in a poetic message all written by hand.

She also handed her mother a card that she herself decorated with a red heart and yellow stars.

Gisele shares her daughter with ex-husband Tom Brady, who also paid tribute to her on Mother’s Day.

‘Dear mum, you are like a star in the sky, you shine bright like a star and you are my star. My inspiration and my light, to guide me through my darkest and lightest times,” Vivian wrote in her note.

“Never let go of being a star forever!”

The letter was signed by ‘Vivi’ with hearts in her name.

The card clearly tugs at Gisele’s heartstrings. She posted the card on her Instagram Stories and wrote: ‘My heart can’t take it!’

In addition to the snap, Gisele was also treated to a chocolate Bundt cake decorated with gold lettering. “Happy Mother’s Day Gisele,” the decadent cake read.

Gisele included her children in her own Mother’s Day tribute and praised her own mother for raising her and her five sisters.

‘Happy Mother’s Day to all the mums out there who can move mountains with their infinite love. Sending you all my love and respect, especially to my mother, my wonder woman, a warrior who raised six daughters with so much love and care. I love your mother!’

It comes after her ex-husband posted an emotional Mother’s Day tribute to herself and his own mother, Galynn.

Brady and Brazilian supermodel Gisele split last October after 13 years together. They share daughter Vivienne and son Benjamin (13).

“My wonder woman, a fighter who raised six daughters with so much love and care,” Bundchen gushed about her own mother.

His post also featured Bridgette Moynahan, Brady’s ex, before he met Gisele. They had a son together, Jack.

Brady, 45, wrote: ‘Happy Mother’s Day to all these amazing women who have given our family so much through their lives.

‘Thank you all for your love, compassion and kindness, and for setting such a wonderful example for all our little ones.

‘We are all so grateful for your support and helping us all achieve our dreams. I wish all the mothers in the world a special day with the people who are dearest to them.’

Brady’s divorce from Bundchen came amid widespread reports that she was unhappy with him opting out of another season in the NFL with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Brady, 45, and Moynahan had a son, Jack, before the quarterback met Bundchen.

But in an interview with Vanity Fair in March she strongly distanced herself from those proposals.

“Listen, I’ve always cheered for him, and I will forever,” she said. ‘If there’s one person I want the happiest in the world, it’s him, believe me.

‘I want him to perform and win. I want all his dreams to come true. This is what I want, really from the bottom of my heart.

‘Sometimes you grow together; sometimes you grow apart. ‘When I was 26 years old and he was 29 years old, we met, we wanted a family, we wanted things together.

‘As time goes by, we realize that we just wanted different things, and now we have a choice to make.

‘It doesn’t mean you don’t love the person. It just means that you have to have someone who can meet you in the middle, right, so that you can be authentic and truly live the life you want to live? It’s a dance. It’s a balance.’

When Brady announced his retirement in February, Bundchen commented on his Instagram post with: ‘I wish you nothing but wonderful things in this new chapter of your life.’

Meanwhile, Brady is said to be planning an extraordinary move to invest in NFL team Las Vegas Raiders – owned by Mark Davis.

Talks between seven-time Super Bowl winner Brady and the Raiders are said to be going on ‘for weeks’.

In March, Brady also announced that he had become a limited partner in the WNBA’s Las Vegas Aces, another franchise owned by Davis.
