Blake Lively is a redhead again!
The 35-year-old is on the New York City set of It ends with us, the film adaptation of Colleen Hoover’s best-selling novel of the same name, featuring a mop of tomato-red curls where her iconic blonde mermaid waves once resided.
In the first photos from the set, Lively wears a pink T-shirt and fuchsia jacket layered over a tan dress. The Valentino logo bag in her hand, I would have to imagine, is the actor’s personal bag, and does not belong to Lily Bloom, the florist character she plays in the film.

The film is based on the hit Colleen Hoover novel starring Blake as Lily Bloom and Justin as Ryle Kincaid. The 2016 novel was a huge TikTok hit where the book gained a huge following among younger audiences. This isn’t the first time Lively has gone red for a role. In 2011, the actor dyed her “New York blonde” hair (as she and her colorist referred to it at the time) strawberry blonde for her role in Hick. And in 2018, Lively has a deep red wig for her share in The Rhythm Section.
